Carmella M. "Claire" (Gamba) Arcuri Capasso

of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017.  She was the wife of the late John F. Arcuri and Robert H. Capasso.  Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Giovannina (Russo) Gamba.

She is survived by her daughter Sandra Arcuri Binns and her husband Peter of Cranston and was also the loving mother of the late Samuel Arcuri. Carmella was the cherished grandmother of Patrick Binns, Jr. of Cranston.  Carmella lived with her daughter, son-in-law and grandson Patrick right up until her passing. She was also the cherished grandmother of Alfie, Josef, Patrick and Peter Binns and great grandmother of Patrick, Julianna, Cameron, Colin, Emily, and Evie Binns.  She was the dear sister of the late Lucy Mazza and Helen Pazienza.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  A procession will be organized at the gates of St. Ann Cemetery and will leave at 10:15 a.m. Luncheon to follow and will be announced after the services.
