Carmella M. (Grande) Bianca
90, of Narragansett, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of 65 years to the late Salvatore O. Bianca. Born in Lawrence, MA, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Maria (Geremia) Grande. Carmella was employed by Dome Publishing for over 30 years before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving children, Richard Bianca of Narragansett, Dianne Hassell and her husband Paul of Johnston, John Bianca and his wife Joann of Johnston, Russell Bianca and his wife Marcia of Cranston, Robert Bianca of Narragansett, David Bianca and his wife Donna of Foster, and the late Salvatore Bianca; dear sister of the late Flori Geremia, Albert Geremia, Josephine Silvaggio, Rose Patrone, Mary Giuffre, Margaret Geremia Cicerchia and Victor "Joe" Grande; twelve cherished grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday at 8:15 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Mary, Star of the Sea, 864 Point Judith Rd., Narragansett. Burial will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.
