Carmella A. Pecoraro

99, of Cranston, passed away on December 21, 2014 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre in Cranston. Born in Providence, she was a daughter to the late Peter and Elvira (Lonardo) Pecoraro. Carmella was employed at the State Controller Office as an administrative assistant for forty years, before retiring. She was a member and past president of the Rosary and Altar Sodality Society of Immaculate Conception Church. Carmella is survived by her sister-in-law, Lucy Pecoraro; Her nieces and nephews, Patricia Lemois, Andrea Blessing, John Torvi, Peter Torvi, Peter Pecoraro, Jr.; Her great nieces and nephews, Christine Iannone, Rebecca Gore, Jill Reyes, Anna Torvi, Lauren Torvi, Julia Torvi, Tessa Blessing, Joshua Torvi, William Blessing, Colin Blessing; and 8 great great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Peter B. Pecoraro, D.D.S and Olga Torvi. Her funeral services will be private.
