Carmen D. (Ursillo) Bastianelli

83, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Joseph Bastianelli Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony “Tony” and Concetta “Etta” (DiDonato) Ursillo.

Carmen is survived by her loving children, Gina Iacovone and her husband Thomas of FL, Joseph Bastianelli III and his wife Nellie of Cranston, Donna Corvese and her husband Ronald of Johnston. She was predeceased by her two loving children Anthony Petrucci and Dania Santilli, as well as her two sisters Loretta Sinapi and Cynthia Angel. Carmen was the cherished grandmother of Natalie Petrucci, Anthony Petrucci Domenic Iacovone, Natasha Santilli, Joseph Bastianelli IV and Carmen Corvese; adored great-grandmother of Amia Glyn, Nathan and AJ Petrucci.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 13th, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
