CASIMIRO M. VIEIRA, SR

63, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at RI Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Maria F. (Silva) Vieira. They were married for the past 43 years. Born in Azores, Portugal a son of the late Jose and Inez (Paulino) Vieira. Mr. Vieira was employed in Environmental Services at RI Hospital for many years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Inez Vieira of Johnston, Carla Vieira of Providence, Casimiro M. Vieira, Jr. of East Providence and Catherine Vieira of Cranston. He was also the cherished grandfather of 13, great grandfather of 7 and dear brother of 7 brothers and sisters.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. His funeral will be held on Thursday at 10 am from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Matthew's Church at the corner of Elmwood and Park Avenues in Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
