Charlotte A. (DiMartino) McLaughlin, OFS

69, of North Providence, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. McLaughlin. Charlotte was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (D'Angelo) DiMartino. Mrs. McLaughlin was a CT Technician at RI Hospital for many years until her retirement. Charlotte was an active member of the Secular Franciscan Order. She was a Eucharistic minister and lector for many years at The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is survived by her loving daughter Christen A. Magill and her husband Timothy of Cumberland and her cherished granddaughter, Raeghan. She was also the sister of Prudence Hrisanthopoulos of CA and Joseph DiMartino of TX.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence. Entombment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-8 pm.
