Claire E. (Wright) Clark

84, of Narragansett, RI passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.  She was the devoted wife of the late David H. Clark for 63 years and the loving mother of the late Douglas Clark.  Claire is survived by her daughter Laurie (Jason) Connors of Warwick, brother Tom (Jean) Wright of Wakefield, granddaughter Alexis Clark of San Antonio, TX and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Claire was raised in Warwick and was a graduate of Aldrich High School.  She and her husband enjoyed the first 40 years of marriage in Scituate, RI before retiring to Narragansett.  Claire worked as a bookkeeper and retired as a property manager.  Claire will be remembered for her reassuring smile as well as her boundless generosity that she showed to her family, friends and complete strangers.  She was a talented seamstress, baker and loved cooking for her family.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Sunday, February 26th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.  Her Funeral Service will be Monday, February 27th at 11:00 a.m. at the R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
