Claire (Felici) Lane

89,  formerly of Cranston and Cape Cod passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Howard Lane, of which they were married for 63 years. She is survived by her Three Sons, Kenneth (Carrie) of Davenport, IA, Stephen (Shashona) of Southboro, MA and Bruce (Mindy) of Warwick, RI.
Claire was born in Providence, RI a daughter of the late Oreste and Mary Felici (Tedeschi). After raising her three boys in RI she and Howard moved to Cape Cod where she founded Liberty Real Estate and Later ReMax Liberty in Marstons Mills. They both created wonderful friendships and cherished memories on the Cape.
Claire was the proud grandmother of Ten: Justin (Michelle), Brandon (Guisep), Shari (Declan), Alicia (Africanus), Rachel, Nick (Anna), Kathryn, Devin (Helen), Emily and Mia Novak.
Great Grandmother of James, Ella & Reece.
Cherished Sister of Emma Orabona and John Felici(Susan), the late Mario Felici (Betty), Raymond Felici. Sister in Law to Josephine Felici and the late Herbert Orabona and William Lane. Claire leaves behind (18) Neices and Nephews of whom she adored.
To know Claire was to love her – she was always the life of the party. We will all cherish our memories of many wonderful times with her.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday evening , March 3rd from 4:00-7:00pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.

Relatives and friends are asked to arrive promptly by 9:45am, for spoken words of remembrance by Claire’s grandson Brandon Lane, prior to the beginning of her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday morning, March 4th at 10am in Immaculate Conception Church, Cranston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
