Concetta 'Auntie Etta' Capezza

91, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Antonetta (Giordani) Capezza. Concetta was the loving sister of Gina V. Cofone of Jamestown and the late Nicholas W. Capezza, Sr. of Cranston. Auntie Etta was the beloved aunt of Christine M. Christy, Nicholas W. Capezza, Jr., Anthony W. Cofone and Paula M. Cofone. She was also the cherished great-aunt of three nieces and four nephews, and one great-great-niece. Concetta was an assistant buyer and manager of cosmetics at The Outlet Department Store and Peerless Department Store. She was a communicant of St. Mark's Church and St. Bartholomew's Church. Etta was a member of the Daughters of Isabella of St. Bartholomew Church and the Daughters of the Forest Society. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, at 8:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 7:30-8:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
