Cynthia A. (Calise) Cappalli

78, of Providence, passed away surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Robert Cappalli for 56 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Margaret (Tartaglia) Calise. Cynthia loved spending time with her family, who will always remember her as being a strong and kind person. Cynthia and Robert enjoyed traveling together as well as fine dining with family and friends.

Besides her husband Robert, she is survived by her loving children, Domenic Cappalli and his wife Laura of North Kingstown, and Robert Cappalli and his partner John Kershaw of Smithfield. She was the cherished grandmother of Kaitlyn Murphy, Colin Murphy, Domenic Cappalli Jr., Michael Cappalli, and Emma Kershaw. Sister of Josephine SanAntonio (George) of North Providence, and Suzanne DeSantis of North Providence. She also has many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, that she loved dearly.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 7th, at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, Providence. Entombment will be held in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. VISITING HOURS: Thursday morning from 8:30-10:00 a.m. Kindly omit flowers.
