Domenic Ribezzo

Domenic Ribezzo, 82 of Cranston passed away on Tuesday October 31, 2023, with his family by his side. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francesco “Frank” and Virginia “Jean” (Gentile) Ribezzo. He was the beloved husband of the late Sandra (Biancucci) Ribezzo.

Domenic was a salesman for 47 years in the trucking industry selling commercial truck parts for Cockcroft Company, retiring at the age of 78. When he wasn’t at work, he could be found with his loyal group of friends at Twin Oaks, and perhaps on occasion at the Coast Guard House. He was an avid New England sports fan across the board, if he didn’t have a chance to watch the game, you could be sure that he read the stats in the sports page. However, he loved nothing more than being the cherished “Papa” to his three grandsons.

He was survived by his beloved children Lori Ribezzo and her fiancé Adrian Montero, and Steven Ribezzo and his wife Kathleen. He was the beloved Papa of Luca, and twin boys Angelo and Nico Ribezzo. He was the brother of Frank Ribezzo and wife Susan, and John Ribezzo and his wife Linda.

His funeral will leave Tuesday November 7, 2023, at 9:15 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held Monday November 6, 2023, from 4:00- 8:00 pm.
