Domenico Delli Carpini

86, of Warwick, died peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Domenica (Rocchio) Delli Carpini. They had been married for 59 years.  Domenico had lived in Warwick for the past 57 years.

Born in Gallo, Italy he was the son of the late Pasquale and Maria (Pirraglia) Delli Carpini. Mr. Delli Carpini worked at Vendresca Bros and TJ Home Builders as a carpenter for 35 years before his retirement. He is a veteran of the US Army, having served in the Korean War.

Besides his wife he is survived by his sons and their spouses, Joseph and Pamela Delli Carpini of Hopedale, MA Peter and Dawn Delli Carpini of Cape Coral, FL along with two grandchildren, Allison and Craig Delli Carpini and sister Madeline Casasanta of Warwick. He was the brother of the late Joseph, Antonio and John Delli Carpini.

His funeral will be held on Thursday a t 8:45 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Williams Church, 200 Pettaconsett Ave., Warwick. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 5-7 pm.
