Dona M. Patonio

58, died peacefully on February 3rd. She was the beloved daughter of Maria Patonio, and the late Edward A. Patonio of Cranston. Dona was the beloved sister of Angela Lupo, and the devoted aunt of Angelica R. Lupo and William D. Lupo, III.

Dona was the owner of Saxxs Hair Salon on Atwood Avenue, Cranston for 30 years. She will be remembered as a lifelong devotee of Our Lady of Fatima. She truly loved her Yorkshire Terriers, Aldo, Beethoven and Samme. Dona had many friends who in her final days gave her love, laughter and support.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted and burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Rocco’s Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston, RI 02919.
