Dora N. (Madonna) Altieri

71, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved mother of Christopher D. Altieri of Cranston. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Nunzio and Maria (Ferretti) Madonna. Dora was a bookkeeper for Day-O-Lite Inc. of Warwick for over twelve years before her retirement.

Besides her son, Dora is survived by her loving sisters, Maria J. Ring and her husband Bill of Plainville, MA, Josephine M. Yeater and her husband Larry of Cranston, and the late Rosalind O’Connor. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m.
