Dorothea 'Dottie' (Lostocco) Capotosto

87, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017.  She was the wife of the late Raymond S. Capotosto.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alessandro and Beatrice (Verdolotti) Lostocco.

Dorothea was known as “Mrs. Capy.”  She worked as a manger of Lerner Shops for many years until her retirement.  Dorothea loved life, people, faith, and always had a smile and compliment for all.

She leaves a son, Raymond S. Capotosto, Jr., and a sister Anita Bianco (John).  She was the sister of the late Esther Scartabello, Luigi and Elviro Lostocco.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
