Dr. Steven A. 'Dr. Steve' Peligian
58, of North Kingstown, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015. Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of the late Alexander and Marjorie (Oskoian) Peligian. Steven was the loving brother of Carol P. Boghosian and her husband Robert and cherished uncle of Alexandra Boghosian, all of New York City.
A beloved friend to many, "Dr. Steve" was a physician in private practice and later became Medical Director of CODAC, a behavioral health care agency where he worked for 15 years. He was an Emeritus Member of the Board of Trustees for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, November 21st at 10 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, followed by entombment at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
