Earl T. Senecal

88, of Florida and formerly of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Tranquility Haven Assisted Living Facility. Earl was the husband of the late Teresa A. (Cassella) Senecal. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Irene Senecal and step-son of Philip Watson. Earl was employed for the state of RI in the department of MHRH and previously at Leesona, Inc. He was an Army Veteran serving during WWII. Earl was a member of the United Commercial Travelers, VFW Post 2396 Men's Auxiliary, Kelly-Gazzerro Post in Johnston, MHRH Retiree Association, AFSME-Council #94, and American Legion of Cranston.

He is survived by his loving children Jean T. Maccione and her husband Dom of Titusville, FL, and Thomas P. Senecal of Warwick. Earl was the cherished grandfather of three. He was the brother of Lois Sarno of Warwick, Thomas Watson of MA, and Arthur Watson of MA, and the late Phillip, Alfred, Charles, William, James, Edward, and Robert Watson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: West Bay Residential Services, Inc, 158 Knight Street, Warwick, RI 02886.
