Edith A. (Branca) Persechino

88, of Cranston, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 8, 2018.  She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony R. Persechino.  Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Gabriele and Cesarini (Rizza) Branca.

She was the loving mother of Phyllis E. Sprague and her husband Richard of Cranston, and Anthony R. Persechino, Jr. of Cranston; cherished grandmother of Michael A. Persechino, Richard A. Sprague, Jennifer A. Persechino, the late Anthony R. Persechino III, and great grandmother of Angelina Fontana, Anthony and James Ahern; dear sister of Helen Richardson and Rose Conca both of Cranston and the late Mary Petrangelo, Modesto, Armando, Louis and Arthur Branca.

Her funeral will be held on THURSDAY , MARCH 15th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston .  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are WED NESDAY, MARCH 14th from 4 - 7 p.m.
