Edward J. Jimmis, Jr.

81, of Cranston, passed away Monday March 24, 2025 at RI Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol (Simoneau) Jimmis. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Lucille (Amitriano) Jimmis, Sr. Edward worked at Electric Boat as a pipe fitter for many years before retiring and was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. Besides his wife he was the dear brother of Alan Jimmis, Richard Jimmis and the late JoAnn Zulla.

Relatives and friends will gather at the entrance of RI Veterans Cemetery 301 S. County Trail Exeter on Monday March 31, 2025 at 9:45 am followed by committal prayers with Military Honors at 10am.
