Eileen (Carreiro) Ferri

76, of Providence (formerly of North Kingstown) passed away on October 27, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.   She was the beloved wife of 53 years to Ronald Ferri.  Born in Fall River MA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rita (Padden) Carreiro.  Eileen was a teacher for many years in the Exeter/West Greenwich school system until her retirement.  Eileen was an avid fan of soccer and the Providence College Men’s Basketball Team, and enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren. Besides her beloved husband she is survived by her loving children: Brian and his wife Jennifer of Charlestown RI and Aaron and his wife Abigail of North Providence. She was also the cherished grandmother of Eileen Monserrat Ferri and Sofia Nicole Ferri; and was the dear sister of Michael and Kathleen Carreiro.  Her funeral services will be private.
