Elizabeth "Betty" A. (Clark) Fazio

78, of Maiden, North Carolina, formerly of Rhode Island, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026. She was the beloved wife of Salvatore Fazio, Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe John Seekel Clark and Leda (Pellerin) Clark.

Betty worked as a nursing assistant for many years at RI Hospital, the Cranston Senior Center and most recently at St. Antione’s Residence.

She is also survived by her step-sons, Paul, Michael and Mark Fazio; niece Maryann Huling, nephew Jerry McDonald and several great nieces. She was the dear sister of the late Ida Huling and Virginia “Ginger” McDonald.

Her funeral services are respectfully private.
