Elizabeth (Manasian) Onanian
90, of Sandy Lane, Warwick, passed away at home on Saturday, August 8, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Dickran and Helen (Vartanian) Manasian.
Elizabeth moved to New Britain, CT in 1946, returning to Providence in 1960. She moved to Cranston in 1966 before settling in Warwick in 2011.
Elizabeth was the devoted mother of Charles R. Onanian and his wife Leslie of West Warwick, Claudette M. Audette of Warwick, Edward H. Onanian and his wife Cheryl of Providence, Christine A. Keenan of Ireland and the late Gloria E. Belcher; loving grandmother of eight; loving great grandmother of twelve; and dear sister of the late Manas Manasian, Agnes Tenkarian and Violet Samuelian.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 402 Broadway, Providence. Burial will be at North Burial Ground Providence. VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
