Elvira 'Vera' (Petracca) Wilson

81, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at South County Hospital. She was the wife of the late William M. Wilson , Sr., a loving and dedicated family man. She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Mario and Dora Mary ( Maccarone ) Petracca. Vera was a bookkeeper employed by the State of RI until her retirement. She is survived by her son William M.Wilson, Jr. and his wife Roseanne of Narragansett and her grandchildren, Zachary William and Lily Mary Wilson. She was the sister of Mario Petracca of Providence and the late Frank Petracca and Angela Hasbrook. She also leaves behind her close cousin Jane ( Leporacci ) Giorgi of Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10am in St. Veronica Chapel, Boston Neck Rd, Narragansett. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
