87, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. She was the wife of the late Fiore Lepizzera. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Antonina (Mineo) Seamans. Emily sang for war bonds during WWII, loved watching the Red Sox with her husband, and was a member of the Knightsville Library Association and the Women's Auxiliary of the St. Mary's Feast Society.
She is survived by her two daughters; Donna Caldamone of Cranston and Debbie Catelli of Johnston. Emily was the adored grandmother of Matthew Catelli and his wife Melina; Michael Catelli and his wife Kelly; John Caldamone and his companion Karen David and Lauren Caldamone. She was the great grandmother of Joseph, Ciana, Adriana, Owen and Nolan Catelli, and John Steven Caldamone. Emily was the sister of the late John Seamans and Maria Gomes. She also leaves behind her brother and sister in-law Frank Lepizzera and his wife Marie. Emily was the cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 11:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS: Friday MORNING 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
