Ernest Parrillo
95, of Johnston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at RI Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Louise (Barone) Parrillo. Born in Johnston, he was the son of the late Alfred and Philomena (D'Antonio) Parrillo.
Ernest was a sales representative for John Morrell for many years and was a WW-II US Army veteran.
He was the devoted father of Vivian Pezza and her husband Anthony of Johnston and Deborah DiBiase and her husband Duke of North Attleboro, MA, loving Papa of Lori, Suzette, Karen, David and Dereck; and loving great-grandfather of seven. He was the dear brother of the late Anthony and Victor Parrillo and Lena Izzo. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff, servers and friends at Pocasset Bay.
His visiting hours will be held on Saturday morning from 8:30 am to 10:00 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd. Cranston. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your Charity of Choice.
