Estelle H. "Stella" (Weeks) Iemma

88, of Sandwich, MA, formerly of Warwick and Naples, FL, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 5, 2017, at home. Estelle fought a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was the beloved wife of sixty-eight years to Archangelo “Joseph” Iemma. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Helen (LeMay) Weeks.

Estelle’s greatest achievement was as the devoted wife and mother to her four children Cheryl A. Mirra of Warwick, Gail M. Vinacco and her husband Donald of Warwick, Joseph P. Iemma of Sandwich, MA, and Susanne Novak of Mashpee, MA. She was the cherished grandmother of five, Richard, Ryan, Joshua, Jake, and Elena, the great-grandmother of four, and the great-great-grandmother of one great-great-granddaughter.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
