Etta C. (DiFazio) Marrocco

101, of Johnston, passed away on Sunday October 18, 2026, at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Marrocco.

Born in Johnston, she was the daughter of the late Mariano and Rosina (Palliotta) DiFazio. Etta worked for the school lunch program for the State of RI for many years before retiring.

She was the dear sister of the late Christine DiLanna, Annie Barone, Susie Cardillo, Adele Milnes, Tillie Corvese, Lucy Cherubino, Angelo DiFazio, Marco DiFazio, Ernest DiFazio, Marty DiFazio and John DiFazio. Etta is survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She enjoyed dancing with her husband Anthony, exercising, walking, playing Bingo and vacationing.

Her funeral will be held on Monday October 26, 2026, at 10:00 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco’s Church, 931 Atwood Ave. Johnston at 11:00 am Burial will follow in St Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours are Monday Morning October 26, 2026, from 9:00 am – 10:00 am.
