Eva L. (Serrecchia) Merlino

of Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Kent Hospital in Warwick.  She was the beloved wife of the late John B. Merlino, Sr.  Born in Providence, Eva was a daughter of the late Salvadore and Elvira (DeClemente) Serrecchia.

She is survived by her children, Maria A. Lees and her husband Kenneth J. Lees of North Kingstown and John B. Merlino, Jr. and his wife Laura E. Merlino of Groton, MA.  Eva was the cherished grandmother of Emily, Ryan and Alex John.  She was also predeceased by six brothers and sisters.

Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Saturday 9-10 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
