Evelyn Haronian

89, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Cortland Place Senior Living Center, Greenville, surrounded by her family. Born in North Providence, she was a daughter of the late Domenick A. and Antonetta (DeLuca) Madonna. Evelyn was a graduate of Bryant College and employed by the State of RI Legislative Council as a legal secretary. She is survived by her loving daughter Janice McGowan and her husband Neil of Garden City, NY, and was the mother of the late Debra Marocco. Evelyn is also survived by her son-in-law Angelo Marocco. She was the cherished grandmother of six and the great-grandmother of three. Evelyn was the sister of the late Ralph Madonna and Geraldine Andreoni. She was the former wife of Frederick Haronian. Her funeral service and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Foundation, 1 Wellington Road, Lincoln, RI 02865.
