85, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the home of her daughter Rose Ferrara. Filomena was the beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Felci. Born in Viarano Petenora, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Guglielmo and Madelana (Apricci) Babelli. Filomena was employed by the former Leviton Manufacturing Company of Warwick for twenty five years before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving children, William Felci and his wife Anna of Cranston, Anna Perkins of Cranston, and Rose Ferrara and her husband Daniel of Foster. Filomena was the cherished grandmother of seven and the great-grandmother of twelve. She was the sister of Guy Babelli, Anna Hahn, Rose Conte, and Mario DeMuccio, all of Cranston. Filomena is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
