Florence Flo (Russo) Centofante

85, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2013 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Centofante. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Alvina (Cantone) Russo, Sr. Florence was the co-owner along with her late husband of the former Vinalan Jewelry Company of Providence for thirty years before her retirement.

She is survived by her loving brother and sisters, Mary Paiva of Johnston, Anne Chirichella of Providence, Madeline Travelyn of Johnston, Ida Acciardo of Johnston, Alfred Russo, and Elizabeth Fleury both of Johnston, and the late Vincent Russo, Jr. Florence was the proud aunt of many nieces, nephews, and one godchild.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
