Florence B. (Saravo) Gardner

90, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Marvin L. Gardner. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lucille (Caruolo) Saravo. Florence successfully managed a switchboard operating service for many years and retired as a legal secretary for Adler Pollock and Sheehan. Florence is survived by her loving nieces and nephews, Ricky Ruggieri and his wife Lori of Hope, Steven Ruggieri and his wife Lori of Centerville, MA, Paul "Chip" Ruggieri and his wife Kristi of East Sandwich, MA, and Kim Madden and her husband Tom of Cranston; great nieces and nephews, Adam, Alyssa, Thomas, Eric, Domenic, Kyle, Sean, Samantha and Ethan; great-great niece and nephew Ryan and Caroline. She was the dear sister of the late Dolores Ruggieri and Thomas Saravo. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Apostle Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday morning from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
