Florence (Mendillo) Milano

101, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Umberto Milano. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Iacovone) Mendillo. She is survived by her loving children, Toni L. Barletta and her husband Raymond of Providence, Umberto Milano, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Littleton, CO, and Christine Garafano and her husband Gary of Providence. Florence was the cherished grandmother of Jessica Milano, Raymond A. Barletta, Jr., and Anthony Milano and his wife Amanda. She was a sister of Anthony Mendillo, Jr. of Harwich, MA and the late Vincent, Ernest, Alfred, and Angelo Mendillo, Mary DiMario, Anne Montecalvo, Phyllis LaNinfa, and Louise Mendillo. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston.
