Florenza (Giletti) DeVecchis

95, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 1, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo DeVecchis. Born in Capistrello, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Paris and Filomena (Grandonico) Giletti.

Florenza is survived by her loving daughters, Daniella Pagliaro and her husband Carlo, Anna DeVecchis, Teresa Tricarico and her husband Thomas; cherished grandchildren, Christina Violo and her husband Adam, Alexandra Marchetti and her husband David, and Nicholas Tricarico; great-grandchildren, Enzo Violo, Dante Violo and Marina Marchetti.  She was also predeceased by her loving son Perry DeVecchis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 11am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
