Francesco S. Matrullo

83, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at RI Hospital in Providence.  He was the beloved husband of Anna (Maggiacomo) Matrullo.  Born in Itri, Italy, Francesco was a son of the late Francesco and Maria (Santianni) Matrullo.  Mr. Matrullo was a Foreman at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston for many years, before retiring.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Enza Lonardo and her husband David, Maria Kiesling and her husband Eric, and John Matrullo and his wife Tasha, all of Cranston.  Francesco was also the father of the late Mario Matrullo.  He was the cherished Nonno of Michael, Alessandra, Vincenzo and Giuliana.  Francesco was the dear brother of Claudio Matrullo of Italy and is also predeceased by seven siblings.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday MORNING from 9-10 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
