Francis "Frank" H. Breard

80, of Cranston, passed away on April 21, 2023 at his home. He proudly served two tours in Vietnam as a Green Beret. For over 60 years he was employed as a toolmaker for various companies most recently Maros Products Inc. formerly Faco Metal Products Inc. for the last 37 years before retiring at 80 years old.   He enjoyed coaching his children in Little League Baseball and loved spending time with his grandchildren telling stories. He was an avid lover of Jeff Gordon, bowling, DIY carpentry projects and building his many diecast models.  He was a lifelong donor to St. Jude. He surely knew how to make his presence known with his boisterous personality and tender heart.

He was the dear son of the late Joseph H. Breard and Nellie M. Underwood. He was the loving father of five children, Lori A. Brown (Breard), Francis H. Breard Jr. and his wife Robin, Lisa M. Salisbury and her husband Steven, Christine M. Coccoli and her husband Peter, and Dawn A. Sousa and her husband Michael. He was the proud ‘Grandpa’ of 8 grandchildren- Ryan M. Brown, Joseph Breard, Courtney (Salisbury) Peloquin, Lauren Salisbury, Peter Coccoli, Nicholas Breard, Aaron Coccoli, and Emily Sousa. He was elated to have 2 great-grandchildren born before his passing, Evelyn Breard and Lukas Peloquin. He was the brother of Sandra M. Melillo, Sharon A. Breard, Jo-Ann Cedrone, and Donna Corey Peterson. He also leaves behind his loving girlfriend of 18 years.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. followed by his Funeral Home Service at 7:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial is respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, http://www.stjude.org .
