79, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at RI Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Jacqueline "Jackie" (Barber) Sinapi. Frank was born in Providence, a son of the late Frank P. Sinapi, Sr. and Frances (Lorello) Sinapi. Mr. Sinapi was an office manager for Richard Sinapi, Esq. He was one of the original founders and advisors for St. Mary Church C.Y.O. and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was an active parishioner and trustee of St. Mary Church. He also was a Eucharistic Minister, lector, choir member, CCD instructor, Holy Name member, and a member of the St. Mary Feast Society and Cultural Society. Frank also was a member of the City Hall Athletics Club and Valley Country Club. Frank Sinapi was a man of great Faith. We were all lucky enough to call him family here on earth. He now is enjoying his family in Heaven in the Presence of God.
He is survived by his loving sisters, Anna Mahoney of Cranston, Gloria Izzi of Cranston, Edith Hall of Cranston and Elena Sepe Carbone of East Greenwich. He was also the uncle of 29 nieces and nephews and brother of the late Madeline DiPiro and Orlando Sinapi.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
