Frederick Robert DeCesaris, Jr

50, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, March 8th, after a courageous battle with cancer. His passing was peaceful as he was surrounded by his family and many close relatives.

Fred was the beloved son of the late Frederick DeCesaris. He is survived by his caring mother Angela (D'Ugo) DeCesaris of Cranston. He was the grandson of the late Fred and Mollie DeCesaris of Johnston and Dr. William and Camille D'Ugo also of Johnston.

Fred leaves his brother, Steven of Martinez, CA. Sisters Lori Brown of North Kingstown and Susan Pratt of Johnston. Fred was a devoted uncle to his 5 nieces and nephews.
Fred was a faithful friend to all who knew him. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards and golfing with his friends. He was very fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe with his family.

Fred was retired from the Providence Water Supply Board. Fred graduated from East Greenwich High School in 1982 and the University of Rhode Island in 1991. Fred was a member of Grand Lodge of RI and past Master of Roger Williams Lodge #32.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday at 8:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis de Sales Church, 381 School St., North Kingstown at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
