Gary D. Griffiths

65, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015 peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Gary was the devoted husband of Debra (Hampton) Griffiths. He was a son of the late William F. and Theresa M. (LaPrade) Griffiths. Mr. Griffiths was employed as a mechanical engineer for KVH Industries for over twenty years. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two adoring daughters, Melissa Griffiths and her husband James of Cranston, and Kristen Mer and her husband Daniel of Warwick. Gary was the cherished grandfather of Nathan, Collin and Audrey. He was the brother of Alan, Keith, Steven and Lori Griffiths, and the late Wayne Griffiths. Funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita's Church, 722 Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
