of Sumner Ave., Warwick, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of George L. DiLorenzo of Providence and the late Emma D. (Pacheco) DiLorenzo.
George was a Correctional Industries Supervisor at the RI Department of Corrections for the past 26 years; and a talented musician known throughout southern New England as a member of The Foreverly Brothers.
He was the loving father of George J. DiLorenzo of Warwick and Eric DiLorenzo of Coventry; and dear brother of Linda Ormerod of Providence, Clarence Souza of Warwick and Richard Souza of Florida.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday, March 7th at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
