Georgiann J. (Gianquitti) DeFeo

70, of Johnston passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. Born in Vineland, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Antionette (Celletti) Gianquitti Georgiann was employed in the Deli Department at Stop & Shop for twenty- five years before her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a caring fun loving person who will be sadly missed.

She is survived by her loving children, Gabriel N. DeFeo and his wife Jocelyn of Lincoln, Gina M. DeFeo of Providence, and Janice M. DeFeo of North Providence. She was the cherished grandmother of Kristin Monteiro, Joseph DeFeo, Michael DeFeo, and the great-grandmother of Angelice Lopez. She was the sister of Rosemarie Stanielon of Coventry.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul, 1 Cathedral Square, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 5-8 p.m.
