Geraldine M. Anderson

91, of Cranston, formerly of Fairfield, CT, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at RI Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Anderson. Born in Stratford, CT she was the daughter of Margaret Wargo Perrott.

Geraldine worked as Vice President of Marketing Research for Yankelovich, Skelly & White in CT for many years before retiring. She resided in Fairfield, CT for most of her life before moving to Cranston in 2014. She enjoyed playing mahjong and canasta, ballroom dancing with her late husband Art, attending exercise classes, especially Zumba, at the local YMCA and was an avid golfer and gardener. Geraldine was also a communicant of St. David’s on the Hill in Cranston. Though her interests were many, she was most passionate about spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her loving children, Keith E. Anderson of Redding, CT, Lynne M. Noone and her husband Andrew of Port Orchard, WA, Erika D. Psacharopoulos and her husband Anthony of Potomac, MD, and Douglas A. Anderson and his wife Karen of Cranston; cherished grandchildren, Shannon, Conor, Rory, Cole, George, Emilia, Kaitlyn and Brooke. Geraldine is survived by her stepsister, Linda and was predeceased by two brothers, one sister, two stepsisters and one stepbrother.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00am in St. David’s on-the-Hill Episcopal Church, 200 Meshanticut Valley Pkwy, Cranston. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday morning from 9:00 – 10:30 am.
