Gertrude E. (McKenzie) DelPadre

86, of Wakefield, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert V. DelPadre.
Gertrude was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Clarence and Esther (Sproul) McKenzie.
She is survived by her loving children, Linda Visinho and her husband Richard of Warwick and Michael DelPadre of Coventry ; her dear siblings, Barbara Nadeau of West Warwick, Claire McNeill of Arkansas and Dorothy "Peachie" Wilbur of Cranston. She was also the cherished grandmother of 4, great grandmother of 1 and loving mother of the late Matthew DelPadre.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 am in St. Romuald Chapel, 61 Atlantic Ave, Matunuck Beach, Wakefield followed by burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held on Monday evening from 4-8pm in the Nardolillo Funeral Home SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 1111 Boston Neck Rd., (Route 1A) Narragansett.
