Gloria (DiCecco) DiBenedetto

87, of Warwick, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Golden Crest Nursing Center in North Providence.  She was the beloved wife of the late Luigi DiBenedetto.  Born in Providence, Gloria was a daughter of the late Pietro and Filomena (Confreda) DiCecco.

She is survived by her loving children, Robert DiBenedetto, Sr., and his wife Louisa of Warwick, and Joanne DiBenedetto of Aurora, CO.  Gloria was the cherished grandmother of Lilia Rivera, Napua Samoa, Elizabeth Samoa, and Robert DiBenedetto, Jr.  She was the dear sister to the late Concetta Scarduzio, Jennie Golish, Elizabeth Arlia, Julia Beauchamp and Anna Garner.

Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin’s Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick, at 11:00 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
