Grace M. (Harrington) Mahoney

86, of Cranston, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014, four months after her husband Bob. Grace and Bob enjoyed over sixty-four wonderful years of marriage and were each other's best friends. Grace was the proud Mom of John Mahoney of Mashpee, MA and Robert Mahoney and his wife Cheryl of Scituate. She was the adored Grammy of Erin Mahoney of New York City and beloved sister of "Ginny" Bimmler of Quincy, MA. Grace was employed for many years at Sears in Warwick. Grace and Bob enjoyed the beach, spending many summers on the Cape and winter vacations in St. Petersburg, FL. She loved to dance, especially at family events, she loved gardening and flowers, particularly gerber daisies, and any activity that included her husband. Grace was a very happy person, loving and kind to all and we will miss her wonderful laugh and beautiful smile. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
