52, of Barrington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, after being diagnosed two weeks ago with acute myeloid leukemia. He was the beloved husband of Kristin P. (Peabody) Sahagian. Born in Providence, he was the son of George I. Sahagian of Pompano Beach, FL and Laura (Richard) Toothaker wife of Thomas Toothaker of Attleboro, MA. Gregory was self-employed in real estate investments for the past fourteen years. While living in Florida he managed a building materials distributorship. He was a graduate of LaSalle Academy, Class of 1979, and Providence College, Class of 1983.He will be sadly missed by his family and a host of friends all over the country. Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Rachael L. Tanner and Stephanie Sahagian, both of Lake Worth, FL. Gregory was the cherished grandfather of Jayden Sahagian and Oliver Tanner. He was the brother of John R. Sahagian and brother-in-law of his wife Grace Sahagian of Narragansett. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m. followed by services at 11:00 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 402 Broadway, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
