Guerino Guerriero

86, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Emma (Conforti) Guerriero for 64 years. Born in Fuscaldo, Calabria, Italy, he was the son of the late Demetrio and Maria Antonietta (Muglia) Guerriero. Guerino worked as a machine operator for the former Leviton Manufacturing Company in Warwick for 26 years until his retirement. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Demetrio Guerriero and his wife Maria of Warwick, Fioramante Guerriero and his wife Cynthia of Johnston, and Maria Sanda and her husband Michael of Warwick; cherished grandchildren Marcus Guerriero and his wife Rebecca, Matthew, Daniel, Michael Guerriero, Danielle and Kevin Sanda. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew Church, Corner of Elmwood and Park Avenues, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Thursday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
