Helen (Caliri) Guercia
93, of New London Ave., Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Achille "Archie" Guercia. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Antonina (Cacciola) Caliri.
Helen was the devoted mother of Albert F. Guercia and his wife Linda of Cranston and Steven G. Guercia and his wife Karen of Concord, NH; loving grandmother of Allyse and Zachary; and dear sister of the late John Caliri, Mary Minasian, Jennie Bordieri, Anthony Caliri and Carmino Caliri.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 11th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
VISITING HOURS are WEDNESDAY MORNING from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
