Henry J. Kemble

90, of Cranston, passed away on Monday November 30, 2015 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of 61 years to Shirley (Blanchard) Kemble. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Joseph and Grace (Kerr) Kemble. Henry was a mailman for US Postal Service for twenty five years before retirement. He also worked for the former Vincent's Marcello's Resturant of Cranston, and was a US WW-II Navy veteran.
Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Nancy Materne and her husband Robert of Rehoboth, MA, Thomas Kemble and his wife Susan of Cranston; loving grandfather of Stephen, Megan, Rebecca, Sarah and Shawn. He was the brother of the late Walter, Frank, Alice, Agnes, George, Grace, Edwin and Ellen.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church 1291 Elmwood Ave. Cranston, followed by committal prayers in St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Greenwich.
