74, of Cranston, died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Philip Hulitar Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, RI surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of the late Howard E. Jordan, Jr. (Capt. CPD, retired) and Agnes E. (Keenan) Jordan; loving brother of David L. Jordan and Arthur J. Jordan with whom he lived of Cranston and Janice M. Bolenis of West Warwick. He was predeceased by his brother James E. Jordan. He is also survived by his beloved nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Chip was employed by the State of RI Dept. of Transportation for more than 30 years before retirement. He enjoyed his volunteer work at McCauley House in Providence for many years.
His funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave., Cranston at 10 a.m. Graveside burial will follow at Pocasset Cemetery, 417 Dyer Ave., Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
